AXI PCI Express MIG Subsystem Built in IPI
Learn how to use Xilinx's Vivado IP Integrator (IPI) to quickly and easily put together a complete subsystem connecting PCI Express to external DDR memory. The video will show how to configure and connect all of the Xilinx IP including the AXI Memory Mapped To Gen3 PCI Express core and the Memory Interface Generator. The design will be compiled and then loaded into the Xilinx Virtex-7 FPGA VC709 connectivity kit. Finally, transferring data between a host PC and the DDR memory across the PCI Express interface will be demonstrated.
